3. User Responsibilities

For Accommodation Providers:

• You must be legally authorized to operate accommodation services in Portugal
• You are responsible for the accuracy of property information provided
• You must comply with all applicable Portuguese tourism and data protection laws
• You are responsible for properly submitting guest data to SIBA SEF as required by law

For Guests:

• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• You must upload genuine identification documents
• You consent to your data being processed for legal compliance purposes

4. Data Processing and Legal Compliance

This service processes personal data to facilitate compliance with Portuguese tourism regulations, specifically:

• Lei n.º 144/2015 (Tourist Accommodation Law)
• Decreto-Lei n.º 39/2008 (SIBA SEF requirements)
